THE COACHING COMPASS
Integrative coaching method is the coaching compass and the program's primary mandate.
The person/clients’ full range of needs including their primary and secondary food are all part of the method used in the program.
It is the goal of the program that the individual’s tap into their inner guidance and with that find their way into the transformation of a sustainable lifestyle towards their own unique bio-individuality and diverse multi-dimensionality and the path to health and happiness is achievable.
PROGRAM GOAL
Our Coaching Program is the framework built through a series of sessions to support and guide a client to explore and create a thriving lifestyle that expands the desired structure in the achievement and transformation of the ideal health and wellness goals of the individual. The role of the coach is to facilitate and hold space for each client’s transformation to their envisioned health and wellness lifestyle.
The program believes that food is medicine and at the very basis of a healthy mind, body, and gut is within the very abundant mitochondria in our cells and to restore them into the fully functioning intelligent systems we began with.
The adoption of a nutrition program and a complete detoxification program by removing toxins from food and our environment we are not aware of, stop the consumption of processed foods and processed oils, sugar and refined carbohydrates.
EXPLORATION, PRACTICES, MODALITIES
Exploration and practices include mindfulness modalities which include Yoga, Meditation, Gratitude Practice, Journaling and Grounding.
INTEGRATION WITH OUR GUT
The program believes in the connectedness of our inner systems and the human biology and the communication between our complex and exquisite atoms and molecules is not complete until it reaches our gut.
The ecosystem we co-habit with our microbiome must also be balance because 50-90% of our serotonin, melatonin, vitamins and minerals are broken down here and it does not become our human biology until these trillions of microbiome have filtered them into workable nutrients for our inner biology.
The 3 important resources for life are oxygen, water, minerals, and food. Just like we co-habit this planet with these gut bacteria, we need the minerals to glue the amino acids to form our body. This human life form. The very cells of our body need oxygen, water, minerals, and food. We are all awed and delighted to inhabit this blue planet we call Earth. The night comes and we close our eyes to rest to restore, to repair, to burn waste, calories and fat, to build more neurons for our brain, to return our body back to homeostasis.*
In my study of the work of Gregg Braden, we showed up here on Earth 200,000 years ago, already intact and able to self-regulate our thoughts, emotions, our bodies, our innate inner systems and our intuitive nature. And we have not change since then,
This Life and Living is of abundance of imagination and creativity and what we are seeing is our collective thoughts created into matter, the solid form in this 3-dimensional reality. We create and build a newer Earth by letting it rest too and give it time to restore the soil back to us. Give it time, there’s time, we create again and again, if not in this life into another life, we return because life in this planet is exhilarating. You are beautiful, You are Loved, You are truly Amazing. Now go and restore your innate intelligence with your Mind, Thoughts, and Emotions. Feel and Sense your Beingness. You are all Magnificent, now Magnify your Senses.
*Homeostasis, as defined in Britannica (https://www.britannica.com/science/homeostasis)as any self-regulating process by which biological systems tend to maintain stability while adjusting to conditions that are optimal for survival. If homeostasis is successful, life continues; if unsuccessful, disaster or death ensues. The stability attained is actually a dynamic equilibrium, in which continuous change occurs yet relatively uniform conditions prevail. The general idea of this self-regulating process was explored by French physiologist Claude Bernard in 1849 and the word homeostasis coined by American neurologist and physiologist Walter Bradford Cannon in 1926.
Any system in dynamic equilibrium tends to reach a steady state, a balance that resists outside forces of change. When such a system is disturbed, built-in regulatory devices respond to the departures to establish a new balance; such a process is one of feedback control. All processes of integration and coordination of function, whether mediated by electrical circuits or by nervous and hormonal systems, are examples of homeostatic regulation.
